Terms and data information · Prodigy
Updated: 14 October 2026
1. Service and contact
Prodigy Analyzer is an educational service for market data analysis, a simulated game and account features. The Prodigy operator runs the service and is the controller of data processed for Prodigy. Contact: prodigybytrade@gmail.com.
2. Using the service
Analysis, signals and news are for information and education. They are not investment advice or a guarantee of profit. Quotes may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Check information at the source and assess your own risk before making a decision. The game uses virtual funds. It does not execute real trades or award real vehicles as prizes.
3. Accounts, limits and payments
You may create an account through the available sign-in methods. You are responsible for account security and lawful use. Available Prodigy Coin limits, game rules and PRO pricing are shown before using the relevant feature. A ChatGPT Plus account does not include Prodigy PRO. Paid features require separate activation; no charge is made while payments are unavailable.
3c. Monthly and annual subscriptions
Before payment, you select the plan and currency and confirm the price and renewal consent. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans are paid upfront for the full year and renew once a year. USD list prices use the stated NBP exchange rate rounded up to whole dollars and do not automatically change with exchange rates. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price. Canceling renewal in your account stops future charges while access remains until the paid period ends. Stripe processes payments; Prodigy does not store full card details or BLIK codes.
3a. Choosing a sign-in method
Only methods active on the sign-in screen are available: ChatGPT, email and password, and — when enabled — Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook and GitHub. The same Prodigy service rules, allowances and user rights apply regardless of the method. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook or GitHub sign-in is also subject to the rules of your account with that provider. Firebase service terms govern the relationship between the Prodigy operator and Google; they do not replace the Prodigy terms or require an end user to enter a separate agreement as a Firebase customer.
3b. Email confirmation and account linking
Form and Firebase sign-in require a verified email address. Submitting registration alone does not provide access to a Prodigy account. Matching email addresses alone do not link accounts. To keep ChatGPT account data when first linking Firebase, sign in using the original method and verify the new identity with the same email. A different address — including an Apple hidden email — may create a separate account and balance. Contact the operator about linking or lost access.
4. Complaints and changes
Report account, allowance or service issues to prodigybytrade@gmail.com. Describe the problem and give your account email, but never send a password. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the service; review them before continuing. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Personal data and GDPR
We process account identifiers, email addresses and profile data received during sign-in, session and security data, user choices, virtual game balance and history, and subscription data where applicable. Processing is necessary to provide the account and service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), prevent abuse and handle claims (point (f)), and meet accounting obligations (point (c)). A newsletter requires separate consent (point (a)), which can be withdrawn in the account panel. The terms checkbox confirms that you have read these rules; it is not newsletter consent.
6. Hosting and recipients
The site is hosted through the Sites service provided by OpenAI. The prodigyanalyzer.com domain is registered with nazwa.pl; domain registration does not mean account data is hosted there. Sign-in providers may process authentication data under their own terms. Infrastructure, email and payment providers may receive data when the relevant features are active. We do not publish account history or user contact details.
6a. Firebase and authentication data
When you choose form, Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook or GitHub sign-in handled through Firebase, Google Firebase Authentication processes credentials for signing in to Prodigy. Prodigy stores the account identifier, verified email, available first and last names, and session data. Form passwords are sent to Firebase over HTTPS; Prodigy does not store them in its database. Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, GitHub and ChatGPT account passwords are entered on the relevant provider screen. Prodigy does not retrieve mailbox contents, contacts or files from those accounts. GitHub sign-in uses your identifier, profile information and email address; we request user:email without repository, code or organization management permissions. Firebase and the account provider may also process technical data for security, such as IP addresses and browser information.
6b. Processing outside the EEA
Google states that Firebase Authentication processes data in the United States. Firebase documentation and Google data transfer frameworks describe processing, recipients and transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses and data protection frameworks. You may ask the operator for information or a copy of safeguards relevant to Prodigy data using the contact address. Provider documents are linked below.
7. Retention and rights
We retain account data while the service is used, then as needed for legal duties, accounting, security and claims. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object where processing is based on legitimate interests. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO). Contact prodigybytrade@gmail.com about your data.
7a. Account deletion and sign-in providers
Deleting Prodigy data does not delete your Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, GitHub or ChatGPT account. A request to erase Prodigy account data also covers, where applicable, the linked authentication record created for Prodigy in Firebase; the operator handles it with the provider. Google states that authentication information is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion of the Firebase user is requested. Revoking access in your account provider settings may prevent future sign-in but does not itself erase Prodigy history or balance.
8. Cookies
The service uses cookies necessary for sessions, language preferences and security. Firebase browser sign-in data establishes a Prodigy session; the SDK uses memory-only persistence and clears its state after provider sign-in. Using Firebase Authentication does not itself enable Google Analytics in Prodigy. Newsletters and optional notifications require a separate user choice.
